Floorplans & Homes
We offer two-, three-, and four-bedroom townhomes and duplexes with 1,500 to 2,400 square feet of living space. Our Two Bed, 2.5 Bath home has 1,500 square feet, our Three Bed, 3.5 Bath home has 1,700 square feet, and our Four Bed, 4.5 Bath townhome has 2,400 square feet.
No. Our smallest home is the Two Bed, 2.5 Bath duplex. All of our homes are two-, three-, or four-bedroom townhomes and duplexes.
Yes. Every bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom, and each home also has a half bath downstairs for guests.
Yes. Every home has its own utility/laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
Homes include an open-concept living and dining area, stained concrete flooring downstairs, carpeted bedrooms, a kitchen with granite tile countertops, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, refrigerator, and stove, central air, smart locks, and a private patio or balcony. Ceiling fans and stainless steel appliances are available in select homes.
Our four-bedroom townhomes are very popular and often have a waitlist. Contact our leasing team or sign the waitlist on our website to hold your spot.
Leasing & Applications
You can apply online by clicking Apply Here on our website and creating an applicant account. If someone in your household has already applied, contact our leasing office and we'll send you login credentials.
Yes. There is a $65 application fee per applicant and a $175 administration fee.
Security deposits vary by floorplan and are based on approved credit. Contact our leasing team for the deposit on the home you're interested in.
Lease terms currently range from 14 to 15 months. Contact our leasing team to discuss the options available for your move-in date.
Yes! You can book a tour online through our website or call us at (210) 405-2533. Group tours are available for roommates touring together.

Pets
Yes! Heron on Hausman is pet-friendly and welcomes both cats and dogs, with up to three pets per home.
There is a one-time pet fee of $400 to $700, depending on the number of pets, plus monthly pet rent of $30 per pet.
Yes. There is a 100-pound weight limit, and breed restrictions apply. Contact our leasing team for the full list of restricted breeds.
Yes. We have two on-site bark parks, and Fox Park, just minutes away, also has a dog park along with walking and cycling trails.
Amenities
Residents enjoy a resort-style swimming pool with a hot tub, 24-hour fitness center, pickleball court, outdoor kitchen with BBQ grills, two bark parks, a game room with a PS5 gaming system, a co-working lounge with private study/work pods, a conference room, a coffee and tea bar, and free Wi-Fi in common areas.
Yes. Heron on Hausman is a gated community, and homes are equipped with smart locks.
Yes. Our fitness center is open 24 hours a day for residents.
Yes. Our clubhouse has multiple co-working spaces, including a co-working lounge with private study/work pods and a conference room, plus a coffee and tea bar and free Wi-Fi.
Utilities & Maintenance
No. Utilities are not included in rent. Residents are responsible for electricity, water, sewer, trash, pest control, internet, and cable. Lawn care is handled by the community.
Free Wi-Fi is available in our common areas. Internet service inside your home is set up and paid for by the resident.
We have on-site management and maintenance teams, and maintenance is on call 24/7 for emergencies. Contact our office to report an issue.

Students & UTSA
We're less than a mile from The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) Main Campus, just a few minutes away by car.
UTSA offers shuttle routes that students can request and set up through the university's transportation services for off-campus housing along Hausman Road.
Yes. With our $0 Roommate Swap Guarantee, you can swap out a roommate during your lease term with no lease transfer fee, whether they're studying abroad, graduating early, or transferring.
Yes. Our townhomes are designed for shared living, with a private en-suite bathroom for every bedroom. Splitting a two- or three-bedroom home between roommates makes the per-person cost much lower. Utilities are not included in rent.
Location & Neighborhood
We're at 6515 West Hausman Road, San Antonio, Texas 78249, on the Northwest Side of San Antonio with easy access to Loop 1604, I-10, and San Antonio International Airport.
You'll find shopping and dining at The Shops at La Cantera and The Rim, groceries at H-E-B College Park, and entertainment like Topgolf San Antonio, Andretti Indoor Karting & Games, and Six Flags Fiesta Texas nearby. For the outdoors, Fox Park is just steps away, along with the Huesta Creek Greenway and Bamberger Nature Park.
Nearby schools include Peggy Carnahan Elementary School, Ed Rawlinson Middle School, Louis D. Brandeis High School, and Tom C. Clark High School in Northside ISD, all within about 2 miles. UTSA's Main Campus is less than a mile away.
